We are a small registered charity based in the West Midlands and have a staff who by and large are pretty much technophobes! We have used Grundy Computer Services for our technical support for many years now and have ALWAYS found them to be helpful, knowledgeable and speedy at resolving our problems as they have arisen. Jonathan and his team have always been prepared to go ‘the extra mile’ for us – either when we have been replacing redundant equipment or when our ageing hardware has fallen over itself.

We have been working with Gerald Grundy Computer Services for over 5 years. We had previously had a very negative experience with our old IT support so were very sceptical and disillusioned. Since the beginning we have been very impressed with the level of service, the expertise and the rapid response of the whole team They are always at the end of the phone and will come out if it can’t be dealt with remotely – a great service that goes the extra mile and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Having worked with GCS for over a decade, I can honestly say that I could not recommend them more highly. They maintain our MACs, PCs, networks and lots of other things I don’t need to understand ! When we report an issue, one of their team logs into our system remotely to assess the issue – certainly within the hour. If it can’t be sorted remotely, they always arrive during the same working day and stay until the issue is resolved – can’t ask for more than that! If it’s a hardware issue, they have been able to provide temporary replacement equipment to ensure we can continue to do business. If it’s software, again they can advise and install rapidly.  As with our business – great customer service matters –  doing business with people that make you feel your business is important to them matters and GCS deliver.
