At Grundy Computer Services we understand that each of our customers has different needs, therefore we tailor make our contracts around what is required.
  • For peace of mind, we can provide a full service contract to include parts and labour. Alternatively we can provide labour only contracts.
  • For our contract customers, we have systems in place to allow our engineers to offer remote assistance as well as on site visits.
  • Our systems also allow our engineers to regularly remotely connect to the servers of our contract customers to check their health and ensure essential tasks have completed successfully. An engineer would contact you should a site visit be required.
  • Contracts can be offered on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.

If you need an engineer to investigate a problem or to generally maintain your system, we provide an ad-hoc service. Take a look at What We Fix for a list of what we repair. We have two methods of ad-hoc service:

Call Out

Our basic call out charges are: Hourly Charge: £90 + VAT For this rate we will visit your premises and spend up to an hour carrying out maintenance or investigating faults with your equipment. Should the maintenance or fault require longer than an hours labour or parts replacing, we will consult you with additional costs before proceeding.


If you would prefer we can arrange for you to deliver the goods to our workshop where we will investigate any faults. Once we have identified details of the problem, we will provide you with a quote for repair, based on our hourly rate and the cost of parts. Should you direct us to repair your product we will waiver our inspection fee. Contact our office to book in the equipment and arrange a delivery time. Inspection fee: £35 + VAT Hourly Charge: £90 + VAT

Remote Assistance

Using some of the latest remote control technology, our engineers are able to remotely control your system from our office to carry out basic software maintenance and repairs. By choosing this method, we can offer a lower cost to repair your system. Contact our office for more details or to arrange a maintenance session.
