We are a small registered charity based in the West Midlands and have a staff who by and large are pretty much technophobes!     Having worked with GCS for over a decade, I can honestly say that I could not recommend them more highly. They maintain our MACs, PCs, networks and lots of other things I don’t need to understand ! When we report an issue, one of their team logs into our system remotely to assess the issue – certainly within the hour. If it can’t be sorted remotely, they always arrive during the same working day and stay until the issue is resolved – can’t ask for more than that!
